This means that we’re unable to connect with your bank to pull information about your transactions. This can happen if you’ve changed your bank login information since signing up, or for other reasons.
To fix it, you'll need to open the app and scroll down to the message that says "We're having trouble connecting to your bank" and click on the red Connection Error. Next, follow the prompts to reauthenticate your connection.
