Once you start to see some progress, though, it’s easy to slide back into old habits and routines. On average, people who stick to our plans for at least 3-6 months, start to see serious results!
After new habits are in place, then the results start to come shortly after. The aspect of coaching that makes it worthwhile is the on-going accountability. Knowing that someone is there to check on your goal and ask how it’s going, drastically improves your likelihood of achieving your goal.
