To deactivate your Qoins account, first, open the app. Next, you'll need to withdraw any balance you have with Qoins. To do so, click on your goal from the Home screen, and then click the red minus button under the balance to withdraw.
Once you've withdrawn all of your funds, from the Home screen, click on the Settings button (the little person icon in the top left corner). From this page, click on the "Deactivate My Account" link at the bottom. You'll then be asked to confirm.
