To deactivate, or cancel, your Qoins account:
First, open the app.
Once you've withdrawn all of your funds:
- Click on the Settings button (the person icon in the top right corner)
- Tap your subscription
- Click on your next billing date
- Tap "Deactivate My Subscription" at the bottom left corner and then follow the prompts
