To deactivate your Qoins account, first, open the app. Next, you'll need to withdraw any balance you have with Qoins.
Once you've withdrawn all of your funds, from the Home screen, click on the Settings button (the person icon in the top right corner). From this page, click on the "Deactivate My Account" link at the bottom. You'll then be asked to confirm.
