How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate, or cancel, your Qoins account:

First, open the app.

Next, you'll need to withdraw any balance you have with Qoins. 

Once you've withdrawn all of your funds:

• Click on the Settings button (the person icon in the top right corner)
• Tap your subscription
• Click on your next billing date
• Tap "Deactivate My Subscription" at the bottom left corner and then follow the prompts

Once your account has been deactivated, you won't be able to login or set up a new account with the same information until you reach out to our Support Team first: support@qoins.io
