If you see a connection error on one of your accounts, this means that we’re unable to connect with your bank to pull information about your transactions. This can happen due to many reasons, such as your bank changing something behind the scenes or maybe your bank credentials changing.
To fix it, you'll need to open the app and scroll down to the message that says "We're having trouble connecting to your bank" and click on the red Connection Error. Next, follow the prompts to reauthenticate your connection.
