If you see a connection error on one of your accounts, this means that we’re unable to connect with your bank to pull information about your transactions. This can happen due to many reasons, such as your bank changing something behind the scenes or maybe your bank credentials changing.
To fix it, you'll need to open the app and tap the Settings (person) icon in the top left corner of the Home screen. On this page, you'll see your linked checking account with the connection error showing. Click on the message to then reauthenticate your bank connection.
