Are there fees when using the Qoins Card?

There is NO ATM fees that are associated with the StarNetwork and MoneyPass ATMs. A list of free ATMs can be found here.

Any use of ATMs out of network will result in a surcharge fee associated with that specific ATM. Any Out of network ATMs will incur a $2.50 withdrawal fees that are not reimbursable. View the cardholder agreement for more details.
